You can submit a maintenance request through our resident portal. For more urgent repairs, contact our front office immediately, and we will work to fix the issue as soon as possible.

All of our apartments near Auburn University, excluding our 1×1 and 2×1 Unfurnished floor plan, come fully furnished with all the appliances and furniture you need to make yourself feel more at home. Our bedrooms feature a mattress, a dresser, a desk, and a chair, while our common spaces come with plenty of seating, a coffee table, and an entertainment center.

Evergreen Auburn offers individual, by-the-bed leases that provide residents with peace of mind and financial security. This means that all residents are financially responsible only for their assigned bed space and a portion of the common areas. This means that the resident cannot be held liable should any of their roommates miss a payment or move out unexpectedly.

Evergreen Auburn is now taking applications for the 2026-2027 term, running from August 12, 2026, to July 25, 2027, coinciding with Auburn University’s academic calendar.
